** Shares of medtech firm Know Labs rise 226% to $1.66 premarket

** Greg Kidd, a fintech investor, through Goldeneye 1995 LLC, is acquiring a controlling interest in Know Labs

** Know Labs says the purchaser will use 1,000 bitcoin as part of the transaction and will introduce a Bitcoin treasury strategy to provide investors with exposure to the digital asset

** Greg Kidd will become the CEO after the deal closes

** The Bitcoin will represent about 82% of the co's market cap after closing

** Deal expected to close in Q3 2025

** Know Labs founder Ron Erickson will become vice chairman and lead a division continuing the co's medical research
